WTWH SEMINARS

For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: (Isaiah 28:10)

precept-upon-precept

Workers Together With Him is primarily a teaching ministry. We believe that the life God intended for man is discovered only through knowledge of his precepts. "My people are gone into captivity," says Isaiah 5:13, "because they have no knowledge." "Through knowledge," says Proverbs 11:9, "shall the just be delivered."

Our classes are designed for Christians of all ages (physically and spiritually). Our goal is to present Jesus Christ, "Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus" (Col. 1:28).

THE LORD'S HOUSE SHOULD BE BUILT

Our presentations are founded upon these eternal truths:

  1. All scripture - from Genesis to Revelation - is "given by inspiration of God" (2 Tim. 3:16). "Thy Word is truth" (John 17:17).
  2. The Word of God is man's "instruction in righteousness" (2 Tim. 3:16), and the final authority concerning God’s desire for mankind.
  3. Only God can reveal the correct interpretation of his Word (Matt. 16:17). Without revelation from God, the Bible seems only "foolishness" (1 Cor. 2:14).
  4. The key to understanding the Bible is though the study of the key concepts or "precepts" of the Bible. "Through thy precepts I get understanding" (Ps. 119:104).
  5. These precepts are not isolated to the New Testament but are interwoven throughout the Bible, "precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little and there a little" (Isa. 28:13).
  6. Each precept of the Bible is confirmed by multiple references, "that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established" (Matt. 18:16).
  7. There is no contradiction between the witness of the Father, the Word and the Holy Ghost for "these three are one" (1 John 5:7).
  8. In the end, our quest is to discover and present "the simplicity that is in Christ" (2 Cor. 11:3).
